Just had our planned plumbing inspection with Dave and Jeremiah. They are professional, knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and courteous gentlemen who were a pleasure to welcome into to my home to perform this service. When they completed the task, I felt well informed and educated on the process and a few tips were given on maintenance that we hadn't considered in addition to the ones we already do. Our hot water heater went out one morning during the coldest week of the year. Sutton Brothers recognized our emergency, rearranged schedules and had us set up with a new water heater the following day. Very grateful for the team’s responsiveness and high-quality work!

Anthony Kusztyb is not only an smart and experienced plumber, he is an excellent communicator. Whatever he worked on, he described what the worst possible outcome might be, and the chances of that, given my 80's-era plumbing. He was able to repair the cold water faucet despite the fact that it was long past due for an (expensive) replacement and easily removed the shower head that would not budge for me. He made sure to test both jobs thoroughly before he finished with them. Because I had concerns about my sewer line, he ran his camera until he hit a partial obstruction close to my foundation wall. He let me know how this might be cleared and, in keeping with letting me know the worst, he told me that the obstruction was probably outside, but *might* be inside the house (possibly under the shower). So far, the worst case situations have not occurred, but I sure appreciate knowing about them beforehand. Each time Anthony has left my house, I have felt more knowledgeable about how house works & very grateful that I have been able to hire Anthony as a plumber.

Jason with Sutton Brothers could not have been nicer or more accommodating. He was super quick with getting us on his schedule the same day and took care of our furnace issue in just a few minutes. Great and fast service, it’s nice to have someone you can count on for an immediate need as important as heating, cooling and plumbing!

The guys at Sutton Brothers are professional, thorough and always do a great job. I have purchased multiple units from them Having received multiple quotes each time I did this they were always the best priced and carry the brand carrier for which I prefer. We’ve used them for our maintenance contract for a number of years now and they even offer plumbing, which is nice. Highly recommend giving them a chance if you’re in the market for a new system.
